What’s New at Disney’s Animal Kingdom: A Twist on a Fan-Favorite Cupcake, the Yeti Loungefly, and a Teensy Wishable!

Welcome back, DFB friends! We’re here with another What’s New at Animal Kingdom!

Animal Kingdom Entrance

And, we’ve got some food and merch updates to share with you, so let’s dive right on in!

Animal Kingdom Food Updates

One of our FAVORITE cupcakes disappeared for a bit in Animal Kingdom (and we were totally bummed out about it). While we were SO excited to see that the Cotton-Top Tamarin Cupcake has returned to Creature Comforts, the previous version got a little makeover…

Here’s what the OLD Cotton-Top Tamarin Cupcake looked like!

…to the new Cotton-Top Tamarin Cupcake! The big dark and white chocolate piece that we LOVED has been replaced by a smaller white chocolate disc with a picture of a cute l’il cotton-top tamarin on it.

However, the flavors are still similar with a chocolate cake with chocolate filling and a buttercream frosting on top (which is just as delicious!). You can get the Cotton-Top Tamarin Cupcake for $5.99 or a Disney Dining Plan snack credit. And, you can even try the Bee Cupcake if you want double the treat! 😉
