5 NEW Menu Items Announced for 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival!

No, it’s not Christmas — it’s something even better. The EPCOT Food & Festival starts on August 27th and runs through November 21st, meaning you’ll have several months to eat around the booths at the park! We’ve been (not so) patiently waiting for menus, and while we’re still standing by for the full list of food and drink items, Disney just dropped an exciting sneak peek!

Making sure you know what to eat on vacation is our bread and butter here at DFB…so much so that we have a full guidebook for each festival! If you want to do Food & Wine the right way without the stress, be sure to check it out.

OKAY! MENU ITEMS! We’ve got five of them so far and can’t wait to hear more. First up is the Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle at Festival Favorites. Is there a better dessert for fall? I guess we’ll have to wait and find out! Festival Favorites will NOT open with the festival — instead, you can start grabbing food here on September 9th.

One of the most popular food trends at Food & Wine is back — liquid nitrogen treats! Swirled Showcase is bringing a new flavor to this type of dessert in the Liquid Nitrogen Almond Truffle Mousse. A version of this treat debuted in 2015 at the Chew Lab booth, so we’re excited to try it again and see if it’s worth it.

The Wedge is a new booth (we’ve seen Wine and Wedge in the past, but this newly named booth also has a new menu!), and you’ll be able to try this adorable Cannoli Milk Shake!

It looks like a savory option at The Wedge is a Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese. Note: this booth is only open for part of the festival, opening on September 18th and closing early on November 8th.

Finally, we also got to see the new wing flavor coming to the Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey. Introducing the Buffalo-Dill Pickle Wings! It looks like these babies will come with a side of house-made pickle ranch as well.
