Why Every Disney Adult Is Running to Disney Springs This Month
It’s a new month, and that means something extra exciting is happening in Disney Springs at Gideon’s Bakehouse — NEW flavors!

Each month, Gideon’s Bakehouse has special cookies, cakes, and other treats, in addition to their regular treats that are available year-round. They’ve begun teasing some of their new flavors this month, but MORE is on the way. What we know so far, though? It looks like banana is 100% their flavor of the month!
We know that there are at least THREE new flavors coming to Gideon’s Bakehouse (both the East End Market location and Disney Springs locations) this month, starting with the Banana Box Pie Cookie. This is made with real Banana, Toffee, and their Secret blend of spices, then topped with a combination of White Chocolate & Crunchy Candied Vanilla Wafers with a hint of Brandy and Rum.

A strong follow-up is the Banana Moonpie Cake Slices, which can only be grabbed on Wednesdays and Saturdays at both locations. This is Roasted Banana Cake Layers with a Graham Cracker Marshmallow Buttercream that has Crispy Vanilla Wafer Crumble Mini Marshmallows inside. Each one also comes with half a mini Moonpie.

Coffee lovers will want to try the Banana Nitro Cold Brew, which is made with real banana, but is only available at Disney Springs this month.

The company has also teased Gideon’s Bakehouse Morsels coming later this month, which you can get at the Disney Springs location, or for free when you place an order on their website!

Gideon’s is holding off on announcing their special merchandise for the month, but keep an eye out, because we’ve got a feeling they’ll announce it real soon. However, we do know you’ll want to visit the Disney Springs location on January 16th, which marks the company’s fifth anniversary at that location, because there will be an extra special FREE gift available for visitors, so mark your calendar!
