JUST REVEALED: Disney World’s NEW ‘Encanto’ Restaurant Will Be One of Its BIGGEST

Disney just dropped some exciting news about the new Tropical Americas — Pueblo Esperanza land coming to Animal Kingdom in a few years!

This is the new area of the park that’s replacing DinoLand U.S.A., so while we’re certainly sad to see such an iconic part of the park go, we’re also looking forward to what’s new. In their announcement that The Boneyard would be closing on September 2nd, 2025, there was another smaller announcement made that we really want to highlight — the new dining location coming to Pueblo Esperanza sounds like it’s going to be MASSIVE.

In their announcement, Disney assured us that a new play area will be coming to Pueblo Esperanza, so kids will have a safe space similar to The Boneyard to run around and play. However, at the very bottom of their news post, they added this: “Not only will the land include a hacienda — which will be one of the largest quick-service restaurants at Disney World Resort — but also two signature attractions for Indiana Jones and Encanto.”

Now, we were aware of the attractions on the way — we knew that there would be three in the new land — and we also knew there would be a quick-service location. However, the hacienda being called one of the largest quick-service restaurants on Disney World property is new!

This leads us to believe that Restaurantosaurus, the current quick service location in DinoLand U.S.A., could be expanded during its transformation, and may even take over the area where Trilo-Bite Snacks currently sits. Now, nothing confirms that for sure, but when we look at concept art closely, we know that the WHOLE area that currently shows the hacienda is likely how big it will actually be.
