NEWS: Epic Universe Express Pass, VIP Tours, and More Experiences Now ON SALE
We’re SO CLOSE to the opening of Epic Universe at Universal Orlando Resort we can taste it (and it’s not just because we got the chance to try some of the food in this park)!

The BRAND-NEW theme park officially opens on May 22nd, 2025, and will be home to five different themed lands: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe. And now, Epic Universe Express Passes, VIP Experiences, and the Darkmoor Makeup Experience are all on sale!
It’s official! Express Passes are now available for Epic Universe and we’ve got the details.
As of now, you can purchase 1-Day Express Passes to Universal’s Epic Universe to add on to your ticket. The Express Pass can be used to skip the regular lines at participating rides and attractions once per ride. Separate park admission is required, and Express Pass starts at $129.99 per person, per day.

VIP Experiences are also now on sale for Epic Universe! This 1-Park, 1-Day Experience starts at $380 per person and entitles one (1) guest to a pre-scheduled four (4) hour tour of Universal Epic Universe theme park; priority entrance at select participating rides and attractions based on the itinerary at the discretion of Universal Orlando; one (1) VIP Priority access; a VIP Experience souvenir lanyard; Exclusive behind-the-scenes experience in the park; VIP discount at select merchandise locations within the park on day of VIP Experience; and one (1) complimentary valet parking on day of the VIP tour (1 vehicle, based on availability with advance purchase).

The Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience is also now available for purchase! These premium face paint and monster makeup transformations will allow you to become Dracula, Frankenstein’s Monster, the Bride of Frankenstein, and more. A full transformation starts at $169, but more basic experiences start at $45.

An Epic Universe vacation is one that everyone is going to want to experience! The new park has many (MANY!) attractions and experiences across its five lands. Universal has called Epic Universe “its most ambitious theme park yet.” In a press release, the company announced, “Epic Universe will present a level of theme park immersion and innovation that is unmatched – transporting guests to expansive worlds featuring more than 50 awe-inspiring attractions, entertainment, dining, and shopping experiences that come together to create an unforgettable adventure that is nothing short of epic.”

The new theme park will include five themed lands with new attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more. We’ve scoped out the newest updates on the construction of the park and have already stayed in one of the newest Universal hotels to put us as close to the action as possible!
We’re just over two months away from the official opening of Epic Universe, which means that team member previews have begun AND the park has been added to the Universal Orlando app!
