HOLD UP. Did Disney Just Reinvent the Hot Pocket?!

We’ll admit we’re a little jealous of Disneyland because of Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure, especially now that the land is about to get even bigger with an expansion that will include two new rides.

You can even meet all your favorite Marvel characters there, too, which is not something you can do in Disney World (and we’ve gone over why that is a few times). Well, a new Marvel movie, Captain America: Brave New World, is about to drop and now Disneyland is getting some AMAZING Marvel food (and yep, we’re still jealous). But one of these new snacks has us wondering if Disney didn’t just embrace the pizza pocket in honor of the new movie.

Starting on February 14th, you’ll be able to grab some new snacks and souvenirs to celebrate the release of Captain America: Brave New World. This includes the Red Gamma Gulp at Pym Test Kitchen, which is a red velvet cold brew with cream cheese cold foam in honor of Red Hulk.

You might need that new drink with the Red Rage Wings, also available at Pym Test Kitchen. These are spicy chicken wings tossed in habanero sauce and served with potato bites and ranch dressing.

Over at Pym Tasting Lab, you’ll be able to sip on Liberty Punch, which is Litmus Lemonade layered with blue Hawaiian and topped with citrus meringue foam.

Throughout Disneyland, you’ll find the Captain America Shield Sipper. It will be available at Pym Test Kitchen, Terran Treats, Shawarma Too, Shawarma Palace, and Fairfax Market.

Here’s where things get REALLY interesting. Shawarma Too is offering the Pepperoni Pizza Pocket, which is Pepperoni, mozzarella, and house-made marina sauce wrapped in empanada dough. It’s a Hot Pocket, y’all.

But wait because Disney is DOUBLING down on the hot pocket thing. You’ll be able to get a Cheese Pizza Pocket at Shawarma Too, made with  Mozzarella and house-made marinara sauce wrapped in empanada dough. If this is the newest Disney food trend, we are here for it.

Like we previously said, you’ll be able to grab these new snacks as of February 14th — and be sure to catch Captain America: Brave New World in theaters on the same day.
