You’ll find these churros at various carts throughout Disney California Adventure!

Eats

Over at the churro cart near Goofy’s Sky School and Señor Buzz Churros on Pixar Pier, you can get the Vietnamese Coffee Churro! This is a classic churro rolled in coffee sugar topped with bold coffee icing and sweetened condensed milk. You can grab this churro for $7.50.

Vietnamese Coffee Churro

The cinnamon churro is still the standout here and it’s incredible. This really does taste just like a coffee churro and it’s quite good! It has a good sweetness to it that goes well with the bitterness of the coffee flavor. If you drink coffee we think this is probably a safe choice — it’s enough like a regular churro with a tasty coffee flavor, and a heavy amount of coffee sugar (which isn’t all that different from cinnamon) makes this a really enjoyable treat. We give it a perfect 5/5!

We loved it!

And, over in Hollywood Land, you’ll find the Toasted Sesame and Red Bean Churro. It’s a classic churro rolled in toasted sesame sugar with red bean whipped topping and sesame tuile. This one will cost you $7.50.

Toasted Sesame and Red Bean Churro

We really wanted to love this one because of how interesting the flavors sounded, but it was a miss for us. The Red Bean frosting was light and airy, almost like a whipped cream consistency. It had a good flavor, but the Toasted Sesame Sugar was a bit overpowering — it tasted very toasted and almost burnt. The churro itself however is classic and we can’t fault it in this one! Heads up too, the red in the frosting will dye anything it touches red — our fingers are permanently pink!

It wasn’t what we were expecting!

Were the churros hit or miss this year at the 2025 Lunar New Year Festival?

Overall

Make sure you check out these exclusive churro options if you’re looking for some unique options, especially if you’re a coffee lover! While we don’t totally recommend the Toasted Sesame and Red Bean Churro, we do 100% recommend the Vietnamese Coffee Churro. And of course, the churros themselves are great as always — a churro in Disneyland is always a great idea in our eyes.
