You Can Watch MULTIPLE Disney World Fireworks Shows From This New Hotel!
One of the best ways to end your Disney day is by watching a fireworks show over some of the iconic Disney landmarks.
At a new hotel, opening soon in Disney World, you’ll be able to see not one but TWO of Disney’s fireworks shows right from your hotel room! Where does this impossibly wonderful magic happen? We’re glad you asked.
Several Disney resorts have great views of fireworks shows, especially the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT area resorts. But not many can boast views of fireworks shows from two different parks. One of these few will be the new Swan Reserve hotel, which is now accepting reservations and will open on September 1st of this year!
Like the Swan and Dolphin resorts, Swan Reserve is owned by Marriott. Since it’s on Disney property, though, it enjoys many of the same perks as Disney-owned hotels, like free Disney transportation and Early Theme Park Entry (when it begins in October). The Swan Reserve will also qualify for Extended Evening Hours, which means guests can stay in select Disney Parks for two extra hours on certain days.
The Swan Reserve is located close to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, so you should be able to see the parks from your floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms.
If you’re looking at EPCOT, you should be able to take in views of the EPCOT Forever show if you’re there before October, or the new Harmonious show that premieres on October 1st! Over at Hollywood Studios, Disney recently brought back the Wonderful World of Animation nighttime show, which has projections, lights, and fireworks.
You can take in views from both these shows from the Swan Reserve, which could be extra impressive if you can see them from one of the top floors since the hotel will be 14 stories tall. There’s plenty of space to watch, though, with over 300 guest rooms, 149 suites, and 2 presidential suites.
In addition to the rooms, the Swan Reserve boasts a new signature Mediterranean restaurant, a grab-n-go cafe, a pool area with an elevated deck and fire pit, a health center, plenty of meeting space, 2 ballrooms, a business center, and more. Guests at the Swan Reserve will also have access to amenities at the Swan and Dolphin hotels, including the pools and Mandara Spa. And there will be a new wedding venue which boasts those fireworks views as well!
From the Swan Reserve, you can take advantage of Disney transportation (including boat rides to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios), and there are also walking paths to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. If you’re looking for a more affordable deluxe-style resort on Disney property, the Swan Reserve could be a great option. Keep following DFB for more updates on this hotel’s grand opening soon!
