Here’s EVERYTHING Coming to Disney+ in September!

Between the dog days of summer and the bustling back-to-school season, we’re EXHAUSTED, y’all. And that means we’re spending a lot of time lounging around the house and watching Disney+.

While we’re still OBSESSED with watching and rewatching Hamilton and are LOL-ing at the new episodes of Muppets Now, we’re like Ariel… We want MORE!

LUCKILY, Disney+ has our backs, and are rolling out TONS of new shows and movies in September! Here’s everything that’s being added to the streaming platform next month.

Friday, September 4th

Mulan (Premiere)

After getting its initial theatrical release pushed back and pushed back AGAIN, the live-action remake of Mulan is coming to Disney+!!!

While the streaming service is already a paid-for experience, if you want to check out all the action, you’re going to have to shell out an additional $30 to watch Mulan.

Earth to Ned (Series Premiere)

There’s a brand-new series coming to Disney+ on September 4th from The Jim Henson Company, Earth to Ned!

This show stars alien commander Ned and his lieutenant Cornelius, who were supposed to invade Earth but called off their invasion after falling in love with our planet. So, how do they spend their time?! Interviewing celebrities, of course!

From Executive Producers LeBron James & Maverick Carter, Becoming will tell the real life stories of your favorite entertainers, musicians, and athletes. Those featured include Ashley Tisdale, Julianne Hough, Anthony Davis, Rob Gronkowshi, and more.

Those who know these stars best, from their family, coaches, teachers, mentors and friends will tell their story, as the inspirational figure heads back to their hometown and shows their roots. Episodes 101-110 will be available on September 18th.

Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom (Original Series Premiere)

You know we LOVE Animal Kingdom, and we couldn’t be more hype about this new series, Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Narrated by Josh Gad, this eight-episode series will focus on the 5,000-plus animals at Disney’s Animal Kingdom as well as The Seas with Nemo and Friends at EPCOT.

We can’t wait to see all of the baby animals as well as get an inside scoop on the Imagineering and operations behind one of our favorite theme parks!

Secret Society of Second-Born Royals (Original Movie Premiere)

What do you do when your second-in-line to the throne? If you’re Sam, you find out you have super-human abilities and join a society of second-born royals destined to save the world.

Sound crazy? Well, it might but we also think Secret Society of Second-Born Royals sounds super, royally fun!
