Get Your Snack On at The Edison’s Masquerade Event in Disney Springs!
There are so many cool events coming up at Disney Springs in Disney World soon, and the best part is most of them have lots of food! The Edison is throwing their Masquerade party in February, giving us a chance to live out our dreams of going to a Disney ball.

And while we have already shared all the details about this magical Masquerade, it’s time to talk about the important stuff…the FOOD!
The Masquerade is taking place on February 22nd from 8:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Whew, that’s a lot of partying. Thankfully, there will be plenty of hors d’oeuvres to sample throughout the night.

There will be trays of BBQ Shortribs with kimchee, Scallops Wrapped in Bacon, Portobello Fries, and other appetizing items being brought out during the party. Here’s a look at the entire menu!

We might eat a whole tray of each ourselves. In addition to the appetizers, there will be a dedicated alcohol menu for the event. Count us in for themed drinks!
