We have recently been introduced to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and in just TWO days Rise of the Resistance will officially make its mark in Disney World. On top of all of this, Disney is also building a BRAND new and uber immersive Star Wars Hotel known as the Star Wars: Galactic Star Cruiser! And just now, Disney shared the opening year for this BRAND NEW hotel experience!

To help us celebrate Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary, Star Wars: Galactic Starcruise will open to Rebels and Jedi Knights alike in 2021! That means that we will be able to say hello to both TRON Lightcycle Run and the new Star Wars Hotel in 2021, sounds like an epic year to us.

We have already shared lots of details on the Halycon ship, which guests will board for their immersive two-day experience. Here, guests will become part of a Star Wars story.

Onboard you can meet characters, defend the ship against enemies, or chill out if you’d like. That’s right, today Disney also shared that if ya wanna relax you can totally do that too. Chillin in outer space doesn’t sound too shabby, right?
