NEW DETAILS About Disney World’s Space 220 Revealed Including a LOUNGE!
Space…the Final Frontier…;)
The news about Space 220 just keeps a’comin’! We just recently shared info about the loss of the restaurant’s head chef, the late Winter opening date, and now, we’re back with some new details including a new lounge!
We just learned that the highly anticipated Space 220 will not only feature an eclectic international cuisine and extensive wine collection but soon you can get yo’ drink on in space! A lounge will be opening in the restaurant as well!
Lounges at hot spots like California Grill or Hollywood Brown Derby offer great alternatives for guests wanting to pop in and experience a popular dining spot that either couldn’t snag a reservation or just want a quick sip or bite rather than a full meal. Hopefully, this lounge will follow suit!
We ALSO learned that when guests rocket 220 miles into space to visit the Centauri Space Station, they’ll encounter a spinning wall of produce that closely mimics the fruits and veggies grown here on Earth. The chefs want you to feel at home in space, after all! Did that give anyone else all the Horizons feels?!
We’re even MORE excited for this spot to open up! We can’t wait til details are shared about the menu, so check back and we’ll be right here with ALL the Space 220 news!
Are you PUMPED to rocket to Space 220!? Let us know below!
