Anaheim Ducks Day Returns to California Adventure in 2020!
The Anaheim “Mighty” Ducks hockey team will return to Disney California Adventure on January 8, 2020 for a rousing, hockey-filled celebration of Anaheim Ducks Day.

On January 8, 2020, you will once again hear jubilant voices cry out, “Ducks score!” when the Anaheim “Mighty” Ducks bring Anaheim Ducks Day to California Adventure with a wide range of hockey-themed activities, reflecting how the hockey team continues to honor its longstanding ties to the Walt Disney Company.
Founded by the Walt Disney Company in 1993, the Anaheim Ducks were originally named the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim after Disney’s 1992 film The Mighty Ducks. A popular hit at the time, the movie tells the tale of an underdog (or “underduck”) youth league team that, through friendship and determination, rose to win the state championship.

To recognize this National Hockey League team’s rich history and its connection to Disney, California Adventure will host the Anaheim Ducks next year on January 8 for a day-long hockey extravaganza, featuring games, pictures, and much more.
