… but have you tried a Bantha Skewer?! Nope? Well, step right up to Catalina Eddie’s at Sunset Ranch Market in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, because that’s where they’re serving ’em up as one of the limited time treats in honor of the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge!

Two marinated beef skewers are served over a couscous salad and the whole dish is drizzled over with zhoug yogurt sauce.

The meat skewers themselves are really just ok, resembling a jerky. So, if you dig jerky (or, umm… bantha?), you may like this dish.

The wow factor here, to our surprise, actually comes from the couscous salad! It’s light, refreshing, and something different, especially coupled with the burst of cilantro flavor from the zhoug sauce.
