Change May Be Coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ FastPass+ Tiers!
The FastPass+ tiers at Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot can have a big effect on your overall Disney World park strategy. While Magic Kingdom doesn’t have tiers, we can only reserve an advanced FastPass+ for one top attraction at the other three parks.
Your FastPass+ strategy may be about to change even more at Hollywood Studios.
According to Touring Plans, a large number of Hollywood Studios’ rides will move to Tier 1 when Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens on August 29. Based on a 90-day FastPass+ booking window (through a Club level perk), Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster AND Tower of Terror will join all three Toy Story Land attractions in Tier 1.
What does this mean for you if this change is confirmed? Well, it means you’ll only get to make an advanced FastPass+ reservation for one of the attractions listed above. You’ll be able to use your other two reservations for Tier 2 attractions, such as Star Tours: The Adventures Continue, Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, or Voyage of the Little Mermaid.
