News! Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant Introduces New Executive Chef!

Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant in Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs welcomes a new Executive Chef! Chef Mark O’Neill has trained with Michelin Star chefs and helmed restaurants in London, Dublin, Germany, and Australia, and now he’s bringing his culinary perspective to the beloved Raglan Road!

Chef O’Neill is described as “a next-generation Irish culinary whiz with a passion for driving Irish cuisine to new levels”. The chef says he wants to focus Raglan Road’s menu on “really great gastro-pub food… like we have back home in Ireland.”

Chef O’Neill replaces renowned Master Chef Kevin Dundon, who left the restaurant in January of this year. Raglan Road has been one of the most consistently performing restaurants we’ve enjoyed at Walt Disney World, and we look forward to trying the innovations Chef O’Neill will bring to the plate!
