Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ in Disney Springs is one of our go-to spots for comfort food and delicious drinks! And we’re excited to hear that several new items have been added to the menu!

The new items include five new dishes and two new cocktails that are perfect for spring and summer, and we can’t wait to check them out!

First up is the new Grilled Mahi and Shrimp.

The Grilled Mahi and Shrimp features fresh Mahi Mahi and Ancho Chili-Spiced Shrimp served with a Creamy Citrus Sauce, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, and Braised Kale and Collard Greens.

The Grilled Pork Chop has a new name and updated accompaniments. Look for the Porterhouse Pork Chop which is now served with Warm Peach Chutney, Sweet Corn Spoon Bread, and French Green Beans sautéed with Caramelized Onions.

If you’re looking for a fresh new take on the former Farmhouse Salad you’ll want to check out the Summer Farmhouse Salad which has been updated for the season.

The salad features House-smoked Turkey, Grilled Peaches, Avocado, Candied Pecans, Blueberries, Red Onion, and Feta Cheese tossed in a Green Goddess dressing.

Next up, the Big Fish Sandwich has been replaced by the Big Mahi Sandwich!

The Big Mahi features hand-breaded Mahi Mahi topped with Cabbage Slaw, Mango Salsa, and Chipotle Cream on a Brioche Bun.

Homecomin’ has also added a Housemade Turkey Chili to the menu!

This is the Homecomin’ version of Chef Art’s signature chili made with Smoked Turkey and served with a Spoon Bread Fritter.

The new menu also features two new cocktails – a Blood Orange Madras and the Indian River Paloma.

The Blood Orange Madras is made with Blood Orange Moonshine, freshly muddled strawberries, pineapple purée, and cranberry juice. And, the Indian River Paloma is made with Ruby Red Grapefruit Moonshine, fresh muddled lime, and Q Premium Grapefruit Soda.
