This is where you’ll find Mickey’s Birthday Cake Cupcake! And if “Birthday Cake Cupcake” sounds redundant, it’s actually a thoughtful choice of a name. That’s because this red velvet cupcake is further topped with a MINI BIRTHDAY CAKE!

Filling the red velvet cake is chocolate buttercream, and the entire thing is topped with cream cheese buttercream icing, and white chocolate Mickey balloons as well.

It’s a really yummy combination overall. I was totally impressed! But the real kicker is that mini birthday cake. It it so rare to find a fondant piece that’s actually tasty as well as decorative, but this bit of fruity fondant manages to accomplish both tasks.
