According to the cruise company, these cancellations will impact at least ten cruises for guests sailing on the Celebrity Apex and the Celebrity Beyond. To replace the missing port, the cruise line shared with guests being affected, “We’ll visit Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.”

Not all of the cruises will be replacing the port with Grand Turk. Some itineraries will be changed to George Town, Grand Cayman. Some cruises will also see the addition of Cozumel, Mexico, to the itineraries. This month, the private island destination is supposed to receive Oasis ships.

The previously scheduled visits to the port have been removed from the site and replaced with the new itineraries. This isn’t the first time the company has had to remove visits to Labadee. This isn’t the only spot where guests need to be cautious; recently, the U.S. State Department issued a Level 3 travel advisory for Trinidad and Tobago due to safety concerns in the areas.
