The Single BIGGEST Announcement Disney Made This Month
Have you recovered yet from all the big news Disney dropped in August? We’re still wrapping our minds around the chaos — I mean Disco Yeti is coming back from the dead?!?
Candlelight Processional
While September was notably lighter regarding news (there was no way it wasn’t going to be), we still did get some major announcements! Around this time of the year, our attention primarily turns to the Halloween season and all the fun that ensues at the Disney Parks and hotel resorts. However, that doesn’t mean we aren’t peeking ahead to the holiday season. It’s hard not to — especially when Disney makes a major announcement about a celebrity event at the annual EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays!
The beloved EPCOT festival runs from November 27th through December 30th, 2026, and it’s packed with all sorts of festive fun — such as special eats and sips, fantastic decor, and exciting entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, this September, Disney released a celebrity narrator lineup for this year’s Candlelight Processional!
EPCOT Candlelight Processional
Retelling the story of Christmas, each narrator is joined by a 51-piece orchestra, the Voices of Liberty, and a choir of more than 150 Disney Cast Members and community singers. Each show is a unique experience, and it’s a major draw during the holiday season.

It’s safe to say that this year’s lineup is STACKED! Featuring popular Disney icons, major athletes, and world-famous entertainers, the 2026 Candlelight Processional is looking like a can’t-miss event.
The full lineup has yet to be revealed, but a bulk of it was announced — including the following:
- Nov. 27 & 28 – Auli‘i Cravalho
- Nov. 29 – Dec. 1 – Gary Sinise
- Dec. 2 & 3 – To Be Announced
- Dec. 4 & 5 – Whoopi Goldberg
- Dec. 6 & 7 – Robin Roberts (NEW)
- Dec. 8 & 9 – Jason Kelce (NEW)
- Dec. 10 – 12 – Neil Patrick Harris
- Dec. 13 & 14 – To Be Announced
- Dec. 15 & 16 – Lauren Daigle
- Dec. 17 – 19 – Ralph Macchio
- Dec. 20 & 21 – Henry Winkler
- Dec. 22 & 23 – Lacey Chabert (NEW)
- Dec. 24 & 25 – Jodi Benson
- Dec. 26 & 27 – Simu Liu
- Dec. 28 – 30 – Eva Longoria

How exciting!
You can view performances nightly at 4:45 PM, 6:30 PM, and/or 8 PM at the America Gardens Theatre, but we definitely recommend checking out dining package for guaranteed seating, as theses showing can get incredibly popular and fill up fast. You can start booking dining packages on October 14th, 2026.
