8 Game-Changing Disney Vacation Club Announcements for 2026
Disney Vacation Club perks are having a very busy 2026, and yes, there is fine print. There is always fine print. Disney fine print does not sleep. It merely waits under the bed with a tiny legal notepad.
But if you’re an eligible DVC Member, 2026 is bringing some legitimately interesting savings, upgraded access, and limited-time extras that could make your next Disney trip a little cheaper, a little easier, or at the very least, slightly more smug when you tell your group, “Don’t worry, I have a perk for that.”
The big catch? Not all DVC owners automatically qualify for every perk listed here. Many of these offers are part of Membership Extras, which Disney says require an eligible Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card and photo ID. Disney’s Membership Extras disclosure also states that, effective June 3rd, 2021, Members must have at least 150 Vacation Points purchased directly from Disney Vacation Development to obtain a DVC Membership Card, and that purchasers who acquire an ownership interest from someone other than Disney are not eligible for the Program or its benefits.
Translation: resale-only Members may not qualify, depending on when and how they purchased. Check your account before mentally spending that discount money on Mickey waffles.
1. A New Walt Disney World Weekday Ticket Deal
One of the biggest 2026 perks is tied to Membership Magic Beyond, Disney Vacation Club’s optional enhanced benefit package. Eligible Members can purchase the 2026 benefits package for $99, and one of the standout additions is a specially priced 5-day weekday Walt Disney World ticket. Disney lists this as new for 2026 and says it can save Members up to $140 per ticket compared to the non-discounted price of a standard ticket.
The especially interesting part? These tickets include 5 water park or sports-related visits. So if your family is the kind that says, “We’re just going to take it easy this trip,” and then somehow ends up rope-dropping a theme park, visiting a water park, and mini-golfing like there’s a trophy involved, this could actually work hard for you.
The fine print matters here. This offer is part of Membership Magic Beyond, so you have to be eligible for Membership Extras and enrolled in the 2026 add-on. The 2026 Walt Disney World offer allows savings of up to $140 per pass and includes 5 water park or sports visits.
2. Disneyland Gets a Weekday Ticket Deal, Too
Disneyland Resort also gets a 2026 Membership Magic Beyond ticket offer, and this one is especially worth watching if you’re planning a West Coast trip. Eligible enrolled Members can purchase specially priced 3-day weekday Disneyland Resort theme park tickets that include Lightning Lane Multi Pass. That little phrase is doing some heavy lifting, because “includes Lightning Lane Multi Pass” is not the kind of sentence Disney travelers casually ignore. The Disneyland 3-day weekday pass includes Lightning Lane each day and can save up to $177 per ticket. That is not “buy yourself a chimichanga” money. That is “the spreadsheet has entered the chat” money.
More fine print, because of course: The special weekday 3-day tickets are valid only on weekdays beginning January 12th, 2026, and expire 13 days after first use or on December 18th, 2026, whichever comes first. So this is not a “buy now, wander in whenever your heart and PTO align” situation.
3. A New Aulani Photo Print Perk
Heading to Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, HawaiÊ»i? Eligible Membership Magic Beyond Members have a new 2026 benefit waiting for them: an 8×10 photo print during their stay. Disney specifically lists this as a new 2026 benefit. Is an 8×10 photo print going to pay your annual dues? No. Let’s not get carried away. But a vacation photo at Aulani is exactly the sort of thing that feels sweet, useful, and mildly dangerous to anyone who has ever told themselves, “I’m not buying the photo package this time,” and then immediately folded like a beach chair.
To use this one, you’ll need to be enrolled in Membership Magic Beyond, and Members should visit Hoku Hideaway after enrollment for instructions.

4. A Big VIP Tour Discount
Eligible Disney Vacation Club Members can save 20% on Disney Private VIP Tours at Walt Disney World Resort on select dates in 2026. The offer is valid from April 26th through October 3rd, 2026, with blockout dates May 22nd through 24th and July 3rd through 5th. This is one of those discounts that sounds fancy because it is fancy. Disney Private VIP Tours are already a splurge, so 20% off does not magically turn them into a budget travel hack. This is still not “we packed sandwiches and drank free ice water” territory. This is “we are outsourcing chaos” territory.
But if you were already considering a VIP Tour, especially for a multigenerational group, a milestone trip, or a “we have three days, and everyone has opinions” vacation, 20% off could make a very real difference.
5. McKim’s Mile House Is Open Later
The Disney Vacation Club lounge at Magic Kingdom, McKim’s Mile House, is now listed as open daily from 11AM to 8PM, subject to change. That’s a meaningful upgrade from the earlier 6PM closing time, because nothing says “theme park survival” quite like an air-conditioned place to sit after your group has entered the 4PM spiral.
McKim’s Mile House is located in Frontierland in the former Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade space, and it offers seating, complimentary soft drinks, Wi-Fi, Member Services Advisors, and charging cords available upon request on a first-come, first-served basis. This is not a discount, technically. But more lounge time in Magic Kingdom absolutely counts as a perk, especially during a hot, crowded day when your phone battery is at 7%, your patience is at 3%, and someone in your party just asked, “Should we ride Jungle Cruise now?”

6. Welcome Home Weeks Brings Up to 40% Off Select Disney World Dining
Welcome Home Weeks are back for 2026 from July 22nd through August 26th, and this year’s lineup includes some very real food savings. During the event, eligible Members can save up to 40% on food and nonalcoholic beverages at select Walt Disney World table-service restaurants, Mondays through Thursdays.
Participating restaurants include Hollywood & Vine, Tusker House, Biergarten, Whispering Canyon Cafe, Tiffins, Coral Reef, Garden Grill, Trattoria al Forno, and more. Some Magic Kingdom restaurants are listed at 20% instead of 40%, including The Crystal Palace and Be Our Guest Restaurant.
The restrictions are important: this is dine-in only, applies to food and nonalcoholic beverages only, requires a valid DVC Digital Membership Card and government-issued photo ID, and does not apply to certain menu items, special events, or combine with other discounts. Still, up to 40% off Disney table-service dining is the kind of discount that can make your calculator sit up straighter.
7. Disneyland Gets a Welcome Home Weeks Mobile Order Discount
Over at Disneyland Resort, Welcome Home Weeks includes 20% off one quick-service mobile order at select locations through the Disneyland app. This offer runs from July 22nd through August 26th, 2026, and is limited to one discount code per eligible Member.
The important little goblin in the details: this must be redeemed through Mobile Order and is not valid for in-person orders at the register. So don’t march up to a Cast Member with the confidence of a pirate captain and expect the discount to appear because you said “DVC” with conviction. Use the app. Save the money. Let technology do one nice thing for once.
8. Welcome Home Weeks Includes Free Treats and Member-Only Extras
The 2026 Welcome Home Weeks lineup also includes several smaller perks that can add up, especially if your vacation style is “accept every free Disney snack like it is a sacred quest.” Eligible Members can enjoy complimentary frozen treats at select Disney locations, like Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars, ice cream sandwiches, or fruit bars on select dates.
There are also Welcome Home Wakeup events with coffee and morning treats at select resorts, plus character encounters at select DVC locations. Some experiences require a resort reservation at the specific participating location, some have limited capacity, and some require registration. In other words, this is not a “show up whenever wearing your DVC confidence pants” situation.
Disney Springs is getting in on the action, too, with limited-time complimentary items at select restaurants and locations, including Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew, eet by Maneet Chauhan, Frontera Cocina, The Polite Pig, and City Works on designated days. Eligibility and timing vary, and many of these are one per Member per week while supplies last.
The Big Resale Question
So, do these perks apply to all DVC Members, including resale buyers? Usually, no. Or at least, not automatically. Many of these perks are Membership Extras benefits, which means eligibility is restricted. Membership Extras are incidental benefits, subject to change or termination without notice, and Members need a valid DVC Membership Card and photo ID to receive them. As of June 3rd, 2021, Members must accumulate at least 150 Vacation Points purchased directly from Disney Vacation Development to obtain a DVC Membership Card.
That means resale-only buyers, especially those who purchased after Disney’s resale restrictions took effect, may not qualify for these extras. The safest move is to check your Digital Membership Card status before planning around any discount. Because finding out you don’t qualify after you’ve already built an entire vacation plan around a perk is how budgets get busted.
Recap the Deets
Disney Vacation Club’s 2026 perks are not all created equal. Some are cute. Some are niche. Some require a paid add-on. Some require very specific dates, locations, and eligibility hoops. But a few could genuinely save eligible Members serious money, especially the theme park ticket offers, VIP Tour discount, and Welcome Home Weeks dining savings.
The big takeaway? If you’re an eligible DVC Member, 2026 is a year to pay attention. Don’t just assume your usual Member discount is the whole story. Check the dates, check the exclusions, check whether you need Membership Magic Beyond, and check your Digital Membership Card before you go full vacation goblin with the planning binder.
