NEWS: Lime Garage is BACK OPEN at Disney Springs
We’ve got great news out of Disney Springs, especially if you’re looking to park there on busy evenings and weekends!
Lime Garage
While you can head to Disney Springs via a free Disney bus from any of the theme parks or hotels, many people prefer to bring their own cars, or the cars they rented for their trip, so they’re in control of where they park and can leave whenever they’d like without having to wait for a bus. For the past few months, though, parking has been harder than usual, as the Lime Garage has been closed. The good news? It’s finally back open!
The Boathouse, one of the popular restaurants at Disney Springs that happens to be located closer to the Lime Garage than other parking lots, made a post on their social media, letting people know that the Lime Garage is now back open!

The garage was first closed from January 12th through February 11th, then reopened briefly from February 12th through 16th, then closed again from February 17th through March 13th. The garage is officially back open for good, making parking much easier. The Orange Garage and Lime Garage are often the most popular to park in due to their proximity to multiple offerings (I myself usually find myself parking in Orange Garage). Also popular is the Watermelon Lot, which is closest to Cirque du Soleil and House of Blues.

If you’re heading into Disney Springs and find all three of these to be full, though, you can also head to the Grapefruit Garage across the street and take the pedestrian footbridge over. The Mango Lot is also tucked beside the Watermelon Lot and is not known about by many (but now you know!), and then the furthest parking lot is the Strawberry Lot, located on the back side of the Cirque du Soleil building. During busy weekends and evenings, parking does get pretty packed, so we recommend allowing plenty of time to park.
