Disneyland Is Opening 5 New Locations in 2026. Here’s the Full List

Disneyland is expanding fast — blink, and you might miss it!

There’s a lot going on at Disneyland right now. New rides and lands are being built, the resort is celebrating its 70th anniversary, and fans are flocking in from far and wide to experience everything Walt’s original theme park has to offer. In 2026, those offerings will expand to include several new restaurants — particularly in the Downtown Disney area! Some of these spots are already under construction with no official opening dates yet, but all signs point to a 2026 debut.

From celebrity chef restaurants to local favorites, let’s dig in and see what could open this year!

Porto’s Bakery & Café — Downtown Disney District

Maybe the most hyped addition to Disneyland this year, Porto’s Bakery & Café — a Southern California fan-favorite bakery — is finally coming to the Disneyland Resort after being teased for years!

Currently under construction, Porto’s will be MASSIVE and extend into the Disneyland Esplanade. This location will be Porto’s first with sit-down table service and a full bar! It’ll offer indoor, outdoor, and upstairs seating, as well as its famous Cheese Rolls, Potato Balls, Cuban sandwiches, pastries, and more.

Porto’s construction

Construction is already in full swing, so it’s possible that the restaurant will be open later this year, although it’s worth mentioning that Disney hasn’t confirmed a specific date yet.

Earl of Sandwich & The Carnaby Tavern — Downtown Disney District

Porto’s is replacing the Earl of Sandwich and Earl of Sandwich Tavern spot, but instead of removing the brand altogether, Earl of Sandwich is getting a sleek, new two-story home in Downtown Disney!

Well into construction, the ground floor of the new building will serve up quick-service sandwiches, salads, and handheld favorites. In the meantime, guests can still get their Earl of Sandwich fix at a temporary stand in Downtown Disney.

Notably, the upstairs section of the new Earl of Sandwich building takes it up a notch with the new Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby! This British-themed gastropub will be themed after 1960s London with a chic interior, lively music, an outdoor patio, and a London-inspired menu featuring some of Chef Gordon Ramsay’s most famous offerings like the beef Wellington, fish and chips, and sticky toffee pudding, among plenty of craft cocktails.

Construction began in 2025, and while Disney has yet to confirm an opening date, construction is so far along now that it would be frankly shocking if these restaurants didn’t open in 2026.

Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon — Downtown Disney District

Steak lovers and bourbon enthusiasts will be excited to know that acclaimed chef Joe Isidori is bringing Arthur & Sons to Downtown Disney!

This new restaurant will serve up prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, hearty sandwiches, salads, and inventive cocktails in a classic steakhouse setting. Like Earl of Sandwich and The Carnaby, this location (that is replacing Tortilla Jo’s) started construction last year — so while an official opening date has yet to be announced, it’s reasonable to expect Arthur & Sons to open later this year.

Pearl’s Roadside BBQ — Downtown Disney District

You won’t have to go far for this next location! Right next door to Arthur & Sons will be Pearl’s Roadside BBQ — a casual, quick-service BBQ restaurant serving favorites like smoked brisket, pulled pork, pulled turkey, and more. Perfect for when you’re in a hurry, Pearl’s will also offer house-made sauces and craft beer.

This is yet another project without an official opening date, but it’s reasonable to expect a 2026 debut.

Bopo Go! — Downtown Disney District

Bopo Go! is a Southern California boba favorite from Eric Wang and Philip Wang that will now be coming to Downtown Disney! The new spot will serve high-quality, authentic boba/bubble tea with no artificial ingredients. Drinks here will use real fruits and vegetables, lactose-free milk, oat milk, cane or brown sugar, tea sourced from farmers in Taiwan, and matcha sourced from Japan. It’ll also feature light bites, as well as imported snacks and candies.

Unfortunately, Bopo Go! was announced last year and seems to have been delayed a bit. Still, the owners are adamant about establishing a Bopo Go! in Downtown Disney, and it’s very possible that the location opens at some point in 2026.
