9 CONFIRMED Menu Items for the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts

It’s the best day ever for us at Disney Food Blog because Disney just announced NEW menu items, which means we get to gobble up snacks and find new favorites.

Spaceship Earth at Night during the EPCOT Festival of the Arts

The EPCOT Festival of the Arts starts January 16th and runs till February 23rd, making it a very short festival, but don’t worry, it’s jam-packed with offerings from art booths, merchandise, entertainment, and so, so, SO much food. Disney released the menus, and while we’re excited for our returning favorites, let’s check out some of the new items coming to the festival.

Disney hasn’t dropped the entire menu, but these sneak peeks are making us hungry! First up, we have this Figment Fantasy Cake, which you can find at Figment’s Inspiration Station, in the Odyssey. It’s a sponge cake filled with strawberry whipped cream, topped with a white chocolate ganache, orange icing, and white chocolate Figment wings.

Figment’s Inspiration Station will also have Popcorm, Popcorn Chicken, and Waffles with rainbow popcorn, popcorn chicken, mini mozzarella, and maple syrup, and Color Scheme Cake, which is a fruit-flavored rainbow-hue cake topped with Skittles Pop’d Sour and Original and Sour Freeze Dried Candy, which sounds like the cake from last year but it has a different name and description. There will also be a Figment Artist Bucket with rainbow popcorn!

From 2025 but the new one sounds a bit different!

As someone obsessed with Caesar salad, you know I’m going to be grabbing the Lobster Caesar Salad from The Artist’s Table.

You can also grab the Sparkling Spectacle Gateau from Deco Delights

…along with the Boyd and Blair Espresso Martini, which isn’t new but a returning favorite.

POP EATS! is always a popular booth with their grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup, and this year, a new Croque Monsieur-inspired Grilled Cheese, which has been screaming, “Give it to me now!!!”

At the same booth, you can grab Black de Bleu Couvee Mousseaux, which looks gorgeous.

This one totally blew me away! Look at the Chapter 3 Tea Treat from Fictional Victuals! We don’t have a description yet, but I see a madeleine, which means I will be getting it.
