CHANGES Are Coming to Fantasmic! At Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Are you counting down the days until your Christmas Disney World trip? Or are you planning to ring in the New Year at Disney World? Well, we have some good news if you are a fan of Fantasmic! at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This nighttime spectacular features effects, stunts, pyrotechnics, dancing water, and iconic music. It is popular for a reason, and it is an excellent way to end a day in Hollywood Studios.

During the holidays, we often see the theater fill up well before showtime, so make sure you arrive with plenty of time if the show is a must-do for your family. However, we do have some good news! There are additional showtimes for Fantasmic! on some of the most popular days. Currently, the show is running once or twice per night, but from December 27th to December 31st, and on January 2nd and 3rd, there will be THREE showtimes. 

Here is a quick peek at the upcoming showtimes for Fantasmic, including the dates that will have three different showtimes for Fantasmic!:

• December 19th: 7:30 PM and 9 PM
• December 20th: 6:30 PM
• December 21st: 7:30 and 9 PM
• December 22nd: 6:30 PM
• December 23rd – December 26th: 7:30 PM and 9 PM
• December 27th – December 31st: 6:30 PM, 8 PM, and 9:30 PM
• January 1st: 8 PM and 9:30 PM
• January 2nd and January 3rd: 6:30 PM, 8 PM, and 9:30 PM

Fantasmic!

Starting January 4th, Fantasmic! drops down to just one showtime per day at 9:30 PM. Although there is an odd day out on January 7th, where Fantasmic will happen at 8 PM. Showtimes are always subject to change, and just like January 7th, there can be changes for just a day, so ALWAYS make sure to check the My Disney Experience app for the most up-to-date information on showtimes.

You can find the entrance to Fantasmic! on Sunset Boulevard, right next to the entrance for Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage. As we said before, even on nights with three showtimes, you will want to plan to arrive at the theater early if it is a must-do for your group.
