NEWS: New CHANGE Revealed for Disney’s Magic Kingdom Parade

It’s almost time to celebrate in Disney World!

Starting in September, Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month kicks off from September 15th, 2025, until October 15th, 2025. This annual celebration brings rare characters, new foods, and even more to the Disney parks. Now, this year, the festivities are featuring a change to a popular Magic Kingdom parade for a limited time!

In 2025, Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month in Disney World is going to be back with tons of family fun. To kick off the month, the Festival of Fantasy Parade will feature Grammy Award-winning Latin Pop Duo Bacilos!

The duo will kick off the parade on September 15th, 2025, as the grand marshals! Jorge Villamizar and Andre Lopez are the duo behind Bacilos, and they will spend the parade waving to park guests, meeting characters, and enjoying a ride through the Magic Kingdom. The fun doesn’t end there, though; they will also perform in EPCOT later that night during the Eat to the Beat Concert series! 

Eat to the Beat

Their show in EPCOT is the first of several Latin events taking place during the festival! This will be the most Latin events they’ve ever had at Food and Wine, with 4 Latin acts stopping by Eat to the Beat. First is Bacilos, followed by La Calle Band from September 16th until September 18th. Sheila E is returning on September 19th and September 20th. Jesse & Joy will return to the stage on September 28th and September 29th, and Latin Ambition will wrap up the event on October 14th through October 16th.

There are tons of ways to celebrate the month throughout the Disney World resort, like trying out Latin-inspired dishes at the parks, like over in EPCOT at the Food & Wine Festival, you can try the new Peruvian Ceviche at Coastal Eats, which opens on September 28th. You can also find special Disney PhotoPass Magic Shots featuring Mirabel, Bruno, and Isabela throughout the park.
