Gideon’s Bakehouse Just Announced Its NEW August Menu in Disney World

We always make a beeline for Disney Springs at the start of a new month. And if you have a sweet tooth, you might want to join us!

When it comes to sweet treats in Disney World, Gideon’s Bakehouse is one of our go-tos! The popular Disney Springs spot is known for its MASSIVE, fully loaded cookies, cake slices, and specialty coffees. And, as if this place wasn’t already enough of a dessert lover’s paradise, on top of their regular menu of classic favorites, they also regularly drop seasonal flavors that you can only snag for a limited time.

Gideon’s typically drops limited-time menu items at the start of each month, and they’re spoiling us this month with returning favorites AND something new to try! 

Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs

First up, Butterscotch’s Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie is BACK for the month of August! This cookie is SWEET — even by luxe cookie standards. It’s made with Biscoff cookie butter and packed with butterscotch chips and crushed Biscoff cookies.

The cookie is available every day while supplies last (the limited edition cookies can sometimes sell out, so beware and try to visit earlier in the day if this is a must-try for you), and it’s limited to two per customer.

Plus, the Orange Mocha is also back! The coffee drink has a refreshing, summery flavor and is made with oatmilk, simple syrup, mocha, and fresh orange.

Now, for the brand new menu addition. Meet the Butterscotch Cookie Butter Cake! This massive treat features three layers of vanilla bean cake, butterscotch buttercream, and a layer of cookie butter, with butterscotch chips and Biscoff cookie crumbs in between the cake layers. And, it’s topped off with a gorgeous cookie butter drip!

You’ll have to be a little more strategic to grab a slice of the Butterscotch Cookie Butter Cake — it’s only available on Saturdays and Wednesdays throughout August, while supplies last.
