Something NEW Is Coming to One of Disney World’s Latest Restaurants in October!

Summer House on the Lake is one of the newest restaurants in Disney Springs, and it has some special happenings in October!

This restaurant boasts an amazing view with California-inspired bites, and a COOKIE BAR! During October the restaurant has a few special offerings, and we wanted you to know about them.

Summer House on the Lake opened in Disney Springs in December 2023. It is located on the West Side of Disney Springs, right across from Salt & Straw. The restaurant serves California-style cuisine as you enjoy a gorgeous view of the Sassagoula River. You can also enjoy a Cali-Mex Brunch on the weekends and stop by The Cookie Bar!

First, Summer House on the Lake is introducing some spooky treats just in time for Halloween! From October 17th through October 31st, you can stop by The Cookie Bar to pick up exclusive treats including Pumpkin-Shaped Sugar Cookies, a “Count Chocula” crispy treat, festive sprinkle cookies, and candy corn.

As well, throughout the month of October, Summer House on the Lake is honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month through their Drink Pink event. The restaurant will donate $1 from every glass of the Summer House Rosé sold to the Breast Cancer Foundation of Central Florida. The Summer House Rosé is one of the restaurant’s signature drinks from their Rosé cart.

Additionally, in support of Sober October, the restaurant is offering delicious, zero-proof cocktail options. You can choose from three different non-alcoholic drinks including the Waitlist (sparkling rose lemonade, elderflower, lemon), Pineapple Kick (pineapple, orange, habanero honey) and Strawberry Fields (strawberry, sage, lavender). While you can get these beverages throughout the year at Summer House on the Lake, they are a great choice for Sober October.
