EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK at ALL the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Merchandise Coming to Magic Kingdom

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure has been under construction in Magic Kingdom since early 2023, but it’s set to open in just a few short weeks!

We’ve been keeping up with the ride’s opening date, how Annual Passholder and more previews will work, and brought you news that Tiana’s will use both a virtual queue and Lightning Lane when it first opens. A while back, Disney shared that new souvenirs would be coming to Magic Kingdom for the ride’s opening — and we just got an exclusive first look!

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is officially opening at Walt Disney World on June 28th, 2024! Not only that, but Disney announced that along with the ride opening, we’d be getting brand-new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure souvenirs, too. While we may still have to wait a while for the ride to officially open to parkgoers, we did get an exclusive sneak peek at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure merchandise coming to Magic Kingdom on June 28th!

We previously spotted new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure ears, but now we’ve got ANOTHER new pair to show off! You may remember seeing these ears — they are mostly navy blue with gold details and include artwork associated with the ride. They have a puffy gold bow with a water lily in the middle.

But now, there’s ANOTHER new pair of ears to check out! First of all, WOW. These silvery green ears are stunning. We love that Art Deco-inspired print, complete with Tiana’s tiara and some pretty lotus flowers. But there’s more! These ears have a special fluorescent glow, so they’ll really light up in the dark. We can’t wait to see what they look like when the lights are dim. There is also a beautiful new line of jewelry!

But, that’s not the only new piece of merch you’ll find when Tiana’s finally opens! You can rep the NEW ride with a classic adult Spirit Jersey…

…or a Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Loungefly Mini Backpack featuring Princess Tiana, Naveen, Mama Odie, and Louis!

After a ride down that BIG hill, you might want a Tiana’s Bayou Adventure-themed towel to help you dry off.

The Interactive Firefly loves to see other fireflies nearby and will light up when they’re near each other to say hello.

We especially enjoyed this light-up Tiana’s Bayou Adventure water bottle! It features tons of the adorable critters you can see on the ride.

For the first time, spices from Leah Chase’s family restaurant, Dooky Chase, will be sold outside of New Orleans for the first time…

Disney has shared that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will pick up the story of The Princess and the Frog “after the final kiss, and join Princess Tiana and Louis on a musical adventure – featuring some of the powerful music from the film – as they prepare for their first-ever Mardi Gras performance.”

So, what exactly DOES happen “after the final kiss”? Well, when the film itself ends, Princess Tiana makes her dream come true when she opens her very own restaurant, Tiana’s Palace (just like the one that recently opened in Disneyland)!

The story of the attraction, as Disney shares, picks up during New Orleans’ Carnival season, and Tiana is hosting a Mardi Gras Party for the people of New Orleans — the community that has supported her successful restaurant. (The storyline is set about a year after the movie.)

But Tiana realizes that the party is “missing a key ingredient” and she needs help finding it…And YOU will join Tiana, too, as Disney Imagineers have shared that guests will be active participants coming along with Tiana on this adventure!
