How to Drink Around the World in EPCOT For Under $100

So you’re headed to EPCOT to drink around the world, but you’re on a budget…what should you do?

So you want to drink around the world?

Well, the whole concept of drinking around the world is a little daunting — especially to the wallet, but you can do this WITHOUT breaking the bank. So if you want to take that trip around World Showcase, we’re going to tell you how to do it for under $100. 

Plan Ahead

The first thing you need to do is your research. If you plan on picking up a drink at EVERY pavilion in World Showcase, you’re going to want to look at those restaurant and bar menus to determine WHERE you can get the cheapest drink. For example, you might have your sights set on grabbing a drink in Mexico at La Cava del Tequila, where the cheapest drink is $16…

However, if you bypass La Cava and go to La Cantina de San Angel, you can get a Mango or Lime Frozen Margarita for $12.75 or even a Dos Equis Lager Draft Beer for $10.50.

Do keep in mind that Disney World menus and prices DO change, but go ahead and make that list and know where you’re going to order from and what you plan on ordering before your trip.

Consider Beer

If you’re a beer drinker, you’ll find a variety of unique beers at World Showcase that you won’t find anywhere else. Even better? Beer is generally cheaper than cocktails and wine, so you’ll save some money. For example, you can get a variety of German beers at Sommerfest in Germany for just $10.75.

In fact, even non-beer drinkers might like the Schöfferhofer Pink Grapefruit Hefeweizen. Also, skip any souvenir cups — those will jack up the price of your drink by A LOT.

Choose A Few Non-Alcoholic Drinks

Just because you’re drinking around the world doesn’t mean you have to drink alcohol in each country. There are a lot of AMAZING non-alcoholic drinks to be had at World Showcase. The Frozen Mint Tea in Morocco comes to mind. It’s just a little over $5 (the boozy version costs $10 more!).

You might also want to try the American Dream at the Fife and Drum Tavern at the American Adventure Pavilion. This slushy is a mixture of Frozen Fanta Wild Cherry, Vanilla Ice Cream, and Frozen Fanta Blue Raspberry. This one is a must if you love sweet and tart. This one is also around $5.

Go To Target

Okay, so we KNOW you’re going to Target regularly anyway, right? Well, when you’re there, grab those Disney gift cards that you can get for 5 percent off if you have a Red Card, and use the gift cards to pay for your drinks.

Target can help you save money on drinks in Disney!

This could also help you in budgeting for your trip, too, if you have a gift card for a certain amount, you can easily keep track of how much you’re spending on drinks.

Okay, so if you need some help picking the cheapest drinks, we’re going to make some suggestions for each pavilion. Now, we know that some of these drinks might not be your proverbial cup of tea, but this list is a good place to start if you’re on a budget:
