What’s New in Disney Springs: A Cookie-Inspired Donut and DANGEROUS Merchandise Updates
If you don’t think a Disney World trip is complete without a trip to Disney Springs, then THIS is the update you need!
Disney Springs offers plenty of options for eating, drinking, shopping, and more. New Disney snacks and merchandise arrive at Disney Springs seemingly all the time, and we recently hopped over to check out all of the new and exciting things!
This post is dedicated to all things new to Disney Springs! From food to construction and merchandise, we’re sharing it all. Are you ready? Let’s start with food!
Food Updates
Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew
At Everglazed, we grabbed the NEW Coconut Delight Donut for $5.95.
This is a caramel iced donut topped with toasted coconut and chocolate and caramel icing. If you’re a fan of the Samoas Girl Scout cookies, this flavor combination probably sounds fantastic to you!
Click here to see our FULL review of the donut (and what it’s ONE problem was!)
Also at Everglazed, you’ll find a special coffee for the spring — the Honey Lavender Cold Brew.
It’s made with oat milk. Will you be giving it a try? Tell us in the comments!
The Ganachery
We found quite a few fun things at The Ganachery for spring — several of these are returning items from previous years. If you love bunnies and chocolate, you can pick up the Milk Chocolate Bunny Surprise for $18.
We also spotted a Minnie Bunny Piñata for $28.
And you can grab some chocolate-covered marshmallows with spring sprinkles for $8.50.
Quite a few Easter and spring-themed snacks are now available in Disney World so check them out while you can.
See the photos and reviews of Disney World’s spring and Easter snacks here!
Joffrey’s Coffee
Speaking of spring and Easter, we found this Hopping Ever After Coffee at Joffrey’s.
If you need some caffeine in your spring, stop by to pick this up.
Ghirardelli Soda Fountain
At Ghiradelli, there’s a new-ish Platinum Magical Sundae that appears to have arrived for the Disney100 Celebration (which has been covered in platinum designs).
We say new-ish because it is basically the same as the Magical Sundae that has been offered here for years, except this one has purple and silver sprinkles. Still, it might be worth a try if you love sundaes!

D-Luxe Burger
At D-Luxe Burger, you can get the Dublin burger right now for $13.49.
We knew the burger would be returning as part of the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, and it’s one we’ve had in the past — see our review here! Grab this burger from now through March 31st.

That’s all for food updates, so let’s go check out some construction.
Construction Updates
During our recent trips, we did get to check out the future home of Summer House on the Lake, an all-new eatery coming soon to Disney Springs.
Things are moving along with the construction here and the restaurant is set to open at some point in 2023, though an exact opening date has not been shared yet. We’ll continue to watch for more updates!
