The Complete Guide to Eating at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Eating at Disney World can be confusing…but it doesn’t have to be!

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

There are countless restaurants to choose from and to be honest, it gets overwhelming when you sit down to plan. That’s where we come in — we’ve been to every single Disney World restaurant and our goal is to help YOU decide what’s worth/not worth the time. So if you’re going to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort anytime soon, we’ve put together a complete guide on what to eat!

In this post, we’ll be giving you a quick overview of EVERY restaurant at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, the best food at each one, and anything else you need to know before eating there. If you want more details on each restaurant, click their names below so you can be taken to the page for each restaurant. By clicking there, you can see more information and our reviews from that particular spot.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a moderate resort that is very spread out with many different sections — Barbados, Jamaica, Martinique, Trinidad and Aruba. Most of the restaurants are located in the main building, but there is one restaurant in the Trinidad section. Depending on which section you are staying in, you may have to walk a long way to grab food.

Skyliner

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is also the main hub for the Skyliner, so it’s pretty easy to get to from many parks and resorts! It is also within walking distance to Disney’s Riviera Resort, so if you want a break from the food at Caribbean Beach, head over to the Riviera (read our complete guide to eating at the Riviera here). Who’s hungry? Let’s dive in!

Sebastian’s Bistro

For a sit-down meal at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, head to Sebastian’s Bistro. This is an all-you-care-to-enjoy meal, but it’s not as popular as ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort or Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The food is enjoyable here, so we think that has something to do with its location!

Sebastian’s Bistro

Currently, Sebastian’s Bistro only offers a family-style dinner menu that is inspired by Caribbean and Latin cuisine. Your meal starts with Buttery Pull-apart Rolls that come with Guava Butter and Caramelized Onion Jam. Is it really a Disney World all-you-can-eat spot if there’s not bread to start? This is a great way to start the meal here. You’ll also get The Spice Necklace Salad which is made with Mixed Greens and Kale, Spiced Candied Pumpkin Seeds, Tropical Fruit, and Radish with Key Lime Dressing.

The rolls!

The main meal consists of Oven-roasted Chicken, Slow-cooked Mojo Pork with Mango Sambal, Grilled Chili-rubbed Beef with Mojito Relish, Rice, Beans, Vegetable Curry, and Grilled Vegetables. The entire group will share the platter and you can have as much food as you want! Our favorites from the platter are the steak and mojo pork.

For a little extra money, you can add the Coconut Shrimp with Creamy Chipotle Dipping Sauce — we highly recommend spending the $10 because these were delicious! This was THE highlight of our main meal last time we ate here.

For dessert, there’s a House-made Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding with the Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream. It might be worth a trip to Sebastian’s Bistro JUST for this dessert — if you love the iconic ‘Ohana bread pudding, we think you’ll like this one, too!

Bread Pudding

This used to be a regular table service spot, so we’ll be intrigued to see if it every ditches the family-style food.

Centertown Market

If you’re looking for the quick service spot at this hotel, Centertown Market is the place to be. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served here, plus there’s a grab-and-go option.

Centertown Market

For breakfast, you’ll find typical Disney breakfast options like Mickey waffles, an egg and cheese bagel sandwich, and oatmeal. There used to be more unique eats like the strawberry guava french toast, but the menu is more plain overall now. We did really enjoy the vegetable omelet we had there last time, so consider grabbing the ham and cheese omelet for your breakfast here! Joffrey’s coffee is also available at this location.

Centertown Market Egg Omelette

Lunch and dinner have the same menu items included regular Disney food like burgers and pizza, but there are some more unique choices as well! Some of these items are Fish Tacos, the Fried Yuca Bowl, and a Cuban Sandwich. The Cuban sandwich was one of our favorite items we tried last time — you can’t go wrong with that one!

Cuban Sandwich

On top of the regular menu, there is a grab-and-go section that acts as a convenience market. Here you’ll find a variety of snacks, bakery items, coffee, smoothies, and more. The egg and cheese bagel, smoked turkey sandwich, and chicken romaine salad are available for a bigger snack and/or meal option. This is an easy spot to grab a quick bite or a morning coffee and smoothie!

Centertown Market Pastry Case

Although breakfast is not as exciting as it once was, there are still some solid eats at Centertown Market, especially for a quick service.

Banana Cabana

Many Disney World guests love to take a pool day at their resort, so if you’re hanging at the Caribbean Beach Resort pool, you can grab food and drinks at Banana Cabana!

Banana Cabana

To drink, we recommend grabbing the Goombay Smash to make you feel like you’re sitting on the beach! It’s made with Appleton Estate Reserve Blend Rum, Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Plantation Original Dark Rum, Sweet-and-Sour and Pineapple Juice. It’s very refreshing on a hot, Florida day!

Frozen drink fans should try the Pink Guava Colada with Cruzan Guava Rum and Appleton Estate Reserve Blend Rum blended with Guava, Cream of Coconut and Pineapple Juice.

Goombay Smash

Remember that bread pudding we mentioned earlier? Well, the same Pineapple-Coconut Bread Pudding is available as a sweet treat here, too! Our favorite savory item is the Jerk Chicken Sandwich which is made with Toasted Ciabatta, Grilled Pineapple, and Roasted Chili-Mayonnaise served with French Fries.

Jerk Chicken Sandwich

As far as pool bars go, this has everything you would expect. It’s not a stand out, but it’s a good spot to grab a quick snack on a pool day.

Spyglass Grill

All of the above locations are in the main area of the hotel, but Spyglass Grill is in the Trinidad section! This is not super far from the central area, but this pirates-themed restaurant is a little out of the way depending on where you are staying. This is another quick service restaurant, but some items are unavailable at certain times of the day because of the lack of visitors.

Spyglass Grill

The breakfast menu is pretty similar to Centertown Market, but the menu is smaller. You’ll find typical breakfast items like a Scrambled Eggs Platter and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich, but there is a Breakfast Cuban (made with Egg, Slow-roasted Pork, Ham, and Swiss) for a more unique first meal of the day.

Lunch and dinner menus are the same and you’ll find things like the Mojo Pork Tacos, Chopped Jerk Chicken Salad, and Trinidad Crispy Yuca Bowl. One of our favorite things to grab is the Smoked Turkey Breast Sandwich — it has Smoked Turkey Breast, Swiss, Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato, and Dijon Mayonnaise on Multigrain Bread with choice of Side. This is a light and refreshing meal and we recommend the Plantain and Yuca Chips as your side!
