Tricks To Get Reservations At Cinderella’s Royal Table in Disney World
If you’ve been to Disney World recently, you might have noticed that some advance dining reservations are nearly impossible to get.
One of those hard-to-get reservations is for Cinderella’s Royal Table because — let’s face it — is there anything more magical than eating INSIDE Cinderella Castle? We think not! But if you’ve been struggling to make a reservation there, we’re going to help you out with our best tips and tricks.
Cinderella’s Royal Table Atmosphere
Okay, let’s start with a quick rundown of why Cinderella’s Royal Table is so popular with Disney World guests. As we mentioned, the restaurant is INSIDE Cinderella Castle. When it comes to location, this is probably the BEST dining spot in Disney World.
It’s not just that, though, either. Inside, you’ll find Cast Members dressed to serve royalty, but in this case, you ARE the royalty — they may even refer to you by a royal title. Seriously, can you beat that kind of service?
Seating is standard tables and chairs in a grand dining room that keeps to the overall royal theme. If you’re lucky enough, you’ll get a table near the window to get a view of Magic Kingdom you won’t find anywhere else! Because, again, you’re looking out FROM THE CASTLE — yes, you will feel very bougie.
Even if you don’t score a window seat, though you will never forget you’re dining inside a castle. Even when you enter the restaurant, you realize you’ve stepped into another world.
The interior of the restaurant is simply GORGEOUS with high ceilings and royal banners sprinkled throughout.
So you’ll want to dine here JUST for the atmosphere, but let’s talk about the food!
Cinderella’s Royal Table Food
Okay, so you can dine here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This a prix fixe restaurant, meaning you’ll get several courses of food. For breakfast, expect assorted pastries…
…along with entrees that include elevated breakfast fare like Quiche, Avocado Toast, Beef Tenderloin and Egg, and, Shrimp and Grits, Caramel Apple Stuffed French Toast.
For drinks, you have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices, including a Royal Breakfast Flight with a Mimosa, a Bellini, and Sangria.

Lunch and dinner include starters like a Soup of the Day, Mussels, a Castle Salad, and Charcuterie.
Main entrees include dishes Tenderloin of Beef, the When Will My Life Begin Chicken and Pasta, Sustainable Catch En Papillote, and more.
Dessert includes a Jaq & Gus Cheesecake, Coffee Pots de Crème, and The Clock Strikes Twelve (Dark Chocolate Mousse with a Caramel and Crunchy Praline Center, served with Chocolate Sauce and Hazelnut Gelato).
As you can see, the food presentation here is also top-notch!

Cinderella’s Royal Table Characters
For the moment, the only character you can meet at Cinderella’s Royal Table is Cinderella. She only makes a brief appearance during the meal, but she waves to guests and walks around one elevated platform. You can take socially-distanced photos, but this is one of the few spots left in Disney World where you can’t hug a character.
However, that will change on February 28th, 2023, when true character dining returns to the restaurant. Before, you could meet other princesses, who made their way around the tables and greeted guests in a more personal manner.
We expect to see Cinderella, Snow White, Aurora, Jasmine, Ariel, and other princesses returning to the dining experience then.
How to Get That Cinderella’s Royal Table Reservation
Okay, so now that you’ve decided you MUST visit Cinderella’s Royal Table, how do you go about getting those advance dining reservations? Our first tip should be your first course of action — get up early on the day that marks 60 days from the first day of your Disney World trip and try to get a reservation.
If that fails, though — don’t fret. If you’re flexible with the time of your reservation and the meal, you may have better luck scoring a reservation. Remember, if you’ve already made your park pass reservations, you should be able to change those (barring you’re visiting during a super busy season) so that you can be in Magic Kingdom for the day of your trip you manage to get that reservation for.
Also, don’t forget to make a park pass reservation for Magic Kingdom on that day.
You can also keep checking for those reservations — plans change and you might find that more reservations open up as other guests cancel them. Keep your eye on the Disney World website and My Disney Experience app as much as you can. Also, Disney recently made it easier for guests to make last minute changes to dining reservations. So you will want to even refresh My Disney Experience the day before you are hoping to go and the day you are wanting to go to Cinderella’s Royal Table because a reservation just might pop up!
Still no luck? You have one last strategy to try: try to join the Mobile Dine Walk-Up Waitlist on the day you’re in Magic Kingdom. Be sure to check the My Disney Experience app often to see what the availability is.
With a bit of diligence and luck, you should be able to join the waitlist to get into the restaurant.
