It Will Cost You MORE to Park Hop in Disney World in 2023

Another day, another change happening in Disney World.

Disney announced the other day that ticket pricing would be changing for the parks, along with a few other changes like Annual Pass prices. And now, the day is finally here — Park Hoppers just got a price change for Disney World.

Starting today, December 8th, the price for Park Hopper ticket add ons will change depending on the date. Before now, it was $65 to add on a Park Hopper to a single-day ticket, and $85 to add on Park Hopper Plus to a single-day ticket. A Park Hopper will allow you to visit more than 1 park per day, and a Park Hopper Plus does the same thing with the addition of the ability to visit one of the water parks.

Now, the price will change based on the date, like how all of the other theme park tickets do. During popular times of the year, we assume these will be more expensive add on options compared to slower times of the year.

So, this is what we’re seeing right now with Park Hopper prices. On today, December 8th, a regular Park Hopper is $213 per ticket. This is the same no matter which park you decide to go to.

Magic Kingdom is booked for today, but the rest of the parks are available. A 1-day ticket to EPCOT is $139, so a Park Hopper is $74 more, Hollywood Studios is $149, so a Park Hopper is $64 more, and Animal Kingdom is $134, so a Park Hopper is $79 more.

As for Park Hopper Plus, that add on is $233 per ticket for today. That’s $94 more than EPCOT’s single day ticket, $84 more than Hollywood Studios’, and $99 more than Animal Kingdom’s.

Let’s look at a busier day — we took a look at the prices for Christmas Day (one of the busiest days of the year). A Park Hopper ticket on Christmas Day is $252 per ticket. That’s $73 more than the single day ticket for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, and $93 more than the single day ticket for Animal Kingdom (Magic Kingdom is not available).

A Park Hopper Plus on Christmas Day is $272 per ticket. That’s $93 more than EPCOT and Hollywood Studios’ single day tickets, and $113 more than Animal Kingdom’s.

Moving on to 2023, you can see on Halloween of 2023 that a Park hopper is $219, and and Park Hopper Plus is $239. For a Park Hopper, that’s $65 more than Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and $75 more than EPCOT and Animal Kingdom. For Park Hopper Plus, it’s $85 more than Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and $95 more than EPCOT and Animal Kingdom.

The Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus add ons are the same for any park you visit, but we want to show you the difference between the cost of a single day ticket and a ticket with the add on since the prices for single day tickets is different for each park now.

When you move to multi-day tickets, you can really see the price increase. For a 2-day Park Hopper starting on January 24th, 2023, it’s $360.19, and a Park Hopper Plus is $380.19. That’s $80 more than a single day ticket for a Park Hopper and $100 more for a Park Hopper Plus.

For a 2-day Park Hopper starting on March 13th, 2023, it’s $372, and a Park Hopper Plus is $392. Again, that’s $80 more than a single day ticket for a Park Hopper and $100 more for a Park Hopper Plus.

For a 2-day Park Hopper starting on September 18th, 2023, it’s $297.06, and a Park Hopper Plus is $317.06. That’s $75 more than a single day ticket for a Park Hopper and $95 more for a Park Hopper Plus.

For a 2-day Park Hopper starting on November 23rd, 2023 (Thanksgiving Day), it’s $415, and a Park Hopper Plus is $435. Again, that’s $85 more than a single day ticket for a Park Hopper and $105 more for a Park Hopper Plus.
