What’s New at Disney Springs: $100 Ornaments, 11 Foodie Reviews, and MORE!
Hello from Disney Springs!
In case you haven’t noticed, the holidays have EXPLODED all over Disney World, and Disney Springs is no exception. And we love this time of year because all the holiday decorations are just the thing to put us in the holiday mood. So let’s see what’s been going on at Disney Springs lately!
Disney Springs Food Updates
Gideon’s Bakehouse
It’s a new month and you know what that means — a new limited edition cookie at Gideon’s Bakehouse! To celebrate the Day of the Dead, Gideon’s has released the Calavera Cookie (aka the Chocolate Churro Cookie). This is a chocolate cookie filled with cinnamon sugar and a pinch of ancho and cayenne chili spices. There’s also a layer of dulce de leche in the middle. AND the cookies are topped with a mixture of different chocolates. OH, YEAH.
Overall, we thought this was a pretty tasty treat. It’s available all month long for $6.

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew
Everglazed has officially unleashed its Holiday Mystery Donut and it’s an Apple Strudel Donut! The apple-flavored donut is covered with caramel sauce, coffee cake cinnamon pieces, and a vanilla frosting drizzle. AND it’s got an apple filling inside!
We thought this donut was FANTASTIC, and it’s perfect for fall. This was available for a limited time for $6.50.

Amorette’s Patisserie
There are THREE new holiday treats available now at Amorette’s Patisserie, including the White Chocolate Peppermint Éclair for $8.50, which is an eclair with a white chocolate and peppermint mousse filling, garnished with pieces of peppermint candy and gold leaf. This one is for those who love white chocolate and peppermint.
There’s also the Holiday Mickey Mousse Mini Dome Cake for $9 which is Amorette’s usual dome cake with a festive makeover. It’s Chocolate Chiffon Cake, Dark Chocolate Mousse, and White Chocolate Mousse. We had this last year and this year’s treat was just as delicious!
Then there’s the Holiday Parfait for $9. It’s made with a bourbon white chocolate mousse, cranberry cherry panna cotta, maple chocolate ganache, and chocolate chiffon cake, and is garnished with candied pralines and meringue trees.
Let’s just say there is A LOT going on with this snack and leave it at that.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar
Jock Lindsey’s is now Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar and that means NEW holiday treats! That includes three new drinks! The first we tried was the Yule Mule, made with Bombay Sapphire, cranberry juice, rosemary simple syrup, lime juice, and ginger beer for $13. This is a great choice for mule fans!
Then there’s the Claus Mo made with Absolut Citron, Cointreau, lime juice, cranberry juice, and shimmer for $16. It’s basically a glittery cosmo!
However, the bar was out of creme de menthe so we didn’t get to try the third drink, the Elf Elixer. It’s a mix of white creme de cacao, green creme de menthe, and half and half.
But we did get to try some food, including the Venison Slider, which is made with venison sausage patties, arugula, tomato, and cranberry aïoli on house-made buns for $14. And you’ll want to get this if you want to get some serious holiday vibes.
There’s also the Fried Brussels Sprouts, which are served with a bacon vinaigrette for $8. They were okay, but we prefer the Brussels Sprouts from The Polite Pig over these.
The Holiday Lights Deviled Eggs have returned! These are colored deviled eggs with tobiko and shrimp for $12. They’re not super spicy and the shrimp is a nice touch. And, well, the presentation is quite unique!
The Ham and Brie Flatbread for $9 is made with shaved ham, brie cheese, pomegranate seeds, granny smith apples, apple vinaigrette, and watercress. This was another great flatbread from Jock’s!
Cookies and Milk features a variety of assorted cookies and coquito. This would make Santa very happy — it’s a big winner with us, too! It’s $27, but if you substitute milk for the coquito, it’s $9.
Finally, the Lump of Coal Dessert blew us away — It’s a cookies and cream ganache “coal” for $12. The presentation was AMAZING, and it is delicious!
If you’re looking to get your holiday spirit on at Jock’s yourself, head on over there before the end of the holiday season!

Coca-Cola Store Rooftop Beverage Bar
The drink of the month at the Coca-Cola Store Rooftop Beverage Bar is Caramel Apple Cider. It’s made with Simply Apple Juice, Smirnoff Kissed Caramel, and Jack Daniels Tennessee Apple and garnished with Whipped Cream with a Caramel Drizzle and an Apple Slice.
This is the perfect drink if you’re not quite ready to embrace the holiday winter and just want to keep clinging to fall. It was everything we wanted in a fall drink, although pro tip: be sure to stir it because the alcohol tends to collect at the bottom. It’s available now for $15.
