There’s a “FREE” 50th Anniversary Ornament In Disney World — But It’s Not Easy to Get

With all the festive cheer going on at Disney World, maybe you’ve already started to think about decorating at home, too? Disney ornaments are popular souvenirs in the parks, and we’ve already seen a lot of really cute (and sometimes pretty pricey) options. But there’s one ornament that you can get for FREE in Disney World…sort of. 

The free ornament comes from Walt Disney World’s official timepiece partner, Citizen. This company makes high-end clocks and watches, which you can get with a Disney theme in the parks and online.

You can also see a big Citizen clock on Main Street, U.S.A., which recently got an EARidescent makeover for Disney World’s 50th Anniversary.

This company is having a special event inside Disney World, where they’ll give away a free ornament shaped like the Main Street, U.S.A., clock to everyone who buys a Citizen watch on certain days. The clock on the ornament is designed with the 50th Anniversary makeover as well.

This event will take place in the Magic Kingdom at Uptown Jewelers on November 19th and 20th.

Don’t have a Disney park ticket? No problem — the same deal is happening at Ever After in Disney Springs on December 10th and 11th.

Although you get the ornament for free with your purchase, it might be one of the most expensive ornaments available — Citizen makes luxury watches, and they don’t come cheap. But if you were considering splurging on an early Christmas gift for you or a loved one anyways, this is a great way to get an extra souvenir at the same time!
