Will September Be Even LESS Crowded Than August in Disney World?
It’s officially September, and we’re kicking off the month with another weekly roundup of the latest park hours and Park Pass Reservation availability for the week of September 5th!
With less than one month to go until the start of the 50th Anniversary Celebration, we’ve noticed lately that guests seem to be waiting to visit the parks until the festivities begin on October 1st, leaving those who are visiting right now with PLENTY of elbow room. Will this pattern continue into next week, even with a holiday weekend? Let’s find out!
Disney World Park Hours the Week of September 5th
Magic Kingdom will be open next week from 9AM-9PM, with the one exception of Friday, September 10th, when the park will close 30 minutes earlier at 8:30PM. Disney After Hours Boo Bash will take place on Sunday, September 5th from 9:30PM-12:30AM, and on Tuesday, September 7th and Friday, September 10th from 9PM-12AM.
Like we’ve seen in recent weeks, EPCOT will be open next week from 11AM-10PM on Sunday, Friday, and Saturday, and from 11AM-9PM from Monday through Thursday. The EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival will be open daily next week, and the hours of the festival will reflect that of the park.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be open next week from 9AM-9PM from Sunday, September 5th through Friday, September 10th, and from 9AM-8PM on Saturday, September 11th.
Finally, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be open daily next week from 8AM-7PM.
Park Hopping continues to be available each day after 2PM for guests with the Park Hopper option on their tickets. Guests can hop to a different park at 2PM, given that they have scanned into the first park for which they have a valid Park Pass Reservation.
