Guests who either don’t live in Florida or are not Disney Vacation Club Members will only be able to buy ONE kind of Annual Pass. That only leaves the most expensive Disney Incredi-Pass as open to all guests looking to purchase an Annual Pass. We will let you know if this changes, but for now, there is only one option for out-of-state guests (unless you’re a DVC member).

It is important to note that Disney has already shared that passes can sell out, so there is a limited number in place already. If you plan on buying an Annual Pass to Disney World, you may want to consider whether these restrictions make the passes worth it for you and your budget.
