What’s New at Disney World Hotels: Food Court Updates, and A Mysterious Character

What a week we’ve had, right? Although we’ve been VERY busy getting excited about the holidays and eating ALL THE THINGS at EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival, we’ve also been visiting the Disney World resorts to see what’s new, so let’s get on with the updates!

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort Miscellaneous Updates

So we don’t have a lot of updates from Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, but we noticed something odd when we were there. The cannons in Caribbean Cay are pointing at the hotel rooms! Like um…Disney, what’s going on there?

Um… why does Disney want to fire cannons at its hotel?

And we found it a little funny that Disney tries to hide that fact with some clever landscaping.

We noticed something new at Landscape of Flavors at Art of Animation — more cooking areas are now open in the kitchen!

It makes sense now that we’re seeing more guests this summer at Disney World! Gotta’ feed the masses!
