Dr. Facilier

Note that online and mobile purchases are NOT available on the day of the event. Also, parking is not included in the ticket price, but you will be able to purchase a parking voucher in advance if you want to.

Villains Grove

What will you be able to see and do during this unique after-park hours event? Well, Oogie Boogie Bash will start each day at 6PM PT, but guests will be able to enter and enjoy Disney California Adventure Park 3 hours before the party starts.

During this limited-capacity event, you’ll get to explore lots of areas in the park, including Avengers Campus. In Avengers Campus, you may encounter Doctor Strange, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Disney notes that most areas inside the California Adventure will actually stay open during Oogie Boogie Bash, so you’ll get to enjoy attractions and more during the party.

Avengers Campus

In addition, during the party, kids of all ages will be able to trick-or-treat their way through the park in their very best Halloween costumes. There will be immersive treat trails where guests will be able to grab their candy (provided by Mars Wrigley confectionery products) “under the watchful eyes of favorite characters, some familiar — some new!”

Trick or Treat Bags With CANDY!

There will also be character sightings and encounters (both spooky and fantastic). Disney has shared that Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, and Donald Duck will all be around, plus the villains too! Disney has also noted that guests might be surprised at who they’ll discover at this Halloween Party. Ooooo! We can’t wait to see who will be there!

Maleficent

Looking for more spooky fun? Then you’ll want to check out the “Frightfully Fun Parade.” The Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow leads this parade, and guests will get the chance to see all kinds of Disney characters and villains stirring up trouble in this special offering.

It’s Mickey and Minnie!

Next, it’s time to head to Villains Grove at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. In Villains Grove, you’ll find imagery inspired by the Disney villains. There will be special lighting, projections, sounds, and special effects that will immerse you in an enchanting world.

Cheshire Cat

You’ll also get to enjoy Halloween magic on the facade of Carthay Circle Restaurant, and unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads. And Disneyland has shared that guests will be able to see “Mickey’s Trick & Treat” show, and more during the event.

Keep in mind this is a separate ticketed event (like Boo Bash) where you’ll need to purchase a unique ticket to attend (a.k.a. you won’t be able to attend with just your ordinary park admission).

Mickey’s Trick & Treat Show

We’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for more information about this event and we’ll let you know what we find. In the meantime, be sure to mark your calendars so you can grab those tickets when they become available!

Caution!! These new pre-orders are for the Disney and Halloween obsessed! Click here to check them out.
