Disney World EXTENDS Summer Theme Park Hours

As the summer season continues, Disney World has adjusted their operating hours to accommodate the additional guests looking to enjoy the parks.

While the park hours have been more or less the same for the past several weeks, we just discovered an update on Disney World’s website that shows the parks will actually have their hours EXTENDED in the coming weeks and months.

Over at Magic Kingdom, evening hours have been extended by one hour for the week of August 1st through 9th, 2021. The park will be open that week from 9AM-10PM, as opposed to their previously posted hours of 9AM-9PM.

At EPCOT, evening hours have been extended Friday through Sunday each week. The park will be open from 11AM-10PM as opposed to 9PM on the following dates:

• August 1st
• August 6th-8th
• August 13th-15th
• August 20th-22nd
• August 27th-29th

Monday through Thursday hours for the month of August remain 11AM-9PM as of this writing.

EPCOT

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is also seeing extended park hours in late August through the month of September. The park will be open from 9AM-9PM from August 29th through September 10th, as well as September 12th through 14th and September 16th through 25th.

Finally, Disney’s Animal Kingdom is seeing extended park hours, too. Currently, the park is scheduled to be open from 8AM-8PM from July 26th through July 30th.
