Would You Try This Seasonal Seafood Dish at Disneyland Resort?
Splitsville Luxury Lanes in Downtown Disney has introduced a colorful new dish.
We’ve tried all kinds of yummy Pride Month treats in Walt Disney World today and the celebrations are hitting the west coast! Over at Disneyland Resort, the chefs at Splitsville have got a new Rainbow Tataki special for the month of June. If it’s as tasty as it is pretty, we’d say you’re in for a real treat.
I know what you’re thinking — seafood at a bowling alley? If you’ve been to Splitsville you know it’s so much more. In the past, they’ve given us menu items like the Galaxy Roll and the Fantasy Roll, and a unique cocktail menu.
This time they’ve introduced the WDW Pride Month Special — Rainbow Tataki. This plate has a rainbow medley of some of the seafood favorites. A foundation of sashimi-style salmon, tuna, and steamed shrimp are plated with seaweed salad, avocado, kimchi Ponzu (a citrusy soy-based sauce), Tataki sauce, and scallions is then finished with sesame seeds for the final touch.
Disney is known for its Instagram-able menu items and this one certainly hits the mark. There are lots of options at Splitsville Luxury Lanes so if you’re not a seafood lover, fret not! They have plenty of shareable options for the whole family.
