What to Do if the Skyliner Is CLOSED in Disney World
Disney World is known for having some crazy weather!
Rainy Day in Hollywood Studios
We’ve had our fair share of rainy days in the parks, so we know how this kind of weather can impact your park day. And as we saw today, sometimes these situations mean you’ll have to make some changes to your plans!
We were hangin’ out at Disney’s Pop Century Resort today when some SERIOUS rain hit the area. And as a result, the Skyliner closed! But as it turns out, we’d been planning on taking the Skyliner over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios…so what were we supposed to do?!

The Skyliner is closed!
A similar sign informed us that the case was the same for those traveling to EPCOT. After all, the weather affected all of the Skyliner’s individual lines!
Time to hop on a bus instead!
So we headed over to the bus stop…
We’ve arrived at the bus stop!
…and were onboard in no time at all! All this to say, if you’ve got a little hiccup in your day that’s totally out of your control, don’t fret. Disney World’s got an alternative option for ya! They’re NOT going to leave you stranded.
We’re on our way!
So take notes, friends. If any type of Disney transportation is shut down at any given time, Disney will provide another means of travel for you. And then you’ll be all good to go! Stay dry in all that rain, and stay tuned to DFB for more Disney tips and tricks!
