PHOTOS: Tour the MASSIVE Home of Disney’s CEO
Disney characters sometimes get to live in some pretty neat houses.

Yep, we’re looking at you Cinderella. But they’re not the only ones who get to move into some special new digs in their stories. One Disney executive recently moved into a multi-million dollar new home and we’re checking out the house.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Disney CEO Bob Chapek recently purchased a $12.5 million contemporary estate in Westlake Village, California. The home is nearly 10,000 square feet and sits on six acres of property.

Chapek has been living in the same gated community since 2019 with neighbors such as professional athletes, actors, and internet celebrities. The community is located about an hour northwest of Downtown L.A. by car and features 24/7 guard services.

This purchase is the area’s biggest real estate deal since 2019 when the owner of NuVet bought a $35 million property.

Let’s take a little tour of Chapek’s new digs.

The entrance of the home is situated between two water features with a large double door.

The front door enters into a living space with quarter walls and a feature light fixture.

Look to the other side of the room, and you’ll see the living space opens up to the outdoor patio with views of the surrounding mountains.

Speaking of breakfast, the kitchen is spacious with a massive island.

And there’s a formal dining room nearby that can seat 16 at the table.
