We’ve got some sad news for Gideon’s Bakehouse fans.
One of our favorite places at Disney Springs, Gideon’s Bakehouse!
It’s no secret that we LOVE this Disney Springs dessert spot. And we’re not alone — Gideon’s Bakehouse is wildly popular! So popular, in fact, that there’s a virtual line with a wait that can span hours. And with demand so high, Gideon’s has run into a little problem…a cookie shortage!
According to Gideon’s, their supply of Peanut Butter Chips has been exhausted, and they won’t see another major restock until May. That means their PB Cookie sales will be restricted for the next few weeks.

Now don’t fret too much! There are still plenty of cookie options for you to choose from. But if you’re a peanut butter fan, those cookies will likely sell out FAST. So if you’ve got your heart set on a PB Cookie, you may want to head there earlier in the day rather than later. And remember to factor in that you will have to wait in that virtual line!
