The ONLY Map You Need to Conquer EPCOT
Navigating your way around Disney World can be pretty tough right now.
Even if you’re a seasoned Disney expert, a lot of things have changed in the parks, especially if you haven’t visited recently. Due to social distancing requirements, many lines stretch can FAR away from their ride entrances. At some stores and other spots, you may find that the back entrance you ALWAYS used to use is now shut and there are more limited entrances and exits.
So, recently we developed a handy-dandy map to help you easily maneuver your way around Magic Kingdom, and now we’ve made a similar map for EPCOT! This might just be the BEST map you’ll use during your upcoming trip.
The map is divided into the various areas of EPCOT. We’ll go through each piece below. But, as an overall note — the green dots you’ll find on these maps show where an attraction or shop entrance is. Near some of those dots, you’ll see an arrow and a dotted line. Those arrows and lines show the paths that the queues for those rides or shops typically take, so you know where to find the end of the line the next time you’re in the park! You’ll also see red dots on the map — these represent where the ride or shop has its designated exit.
And if you want to make the map photos bigger, simply click and they will pop up larger in a new tab.
These maps are based on our own personal experiences in the parks. BUT, of course, all of this is subject to change. For example, lately, we’ve noticed Disney allowing for 2-way traffic at some spots that used to be designated entrances/exits only. So, things could change before your trip or even during your trip. But, for now, we hope that these maps can give you some useful guidance as you make your way around the park!
Alright! Let’s take a look at the map. We start at the front of the park.
In the map below, you can see the green dot, showing where Spaceship Earth has its entrance, and the dotted line shows the path the queue usually takes near this ride.
Moving past Spaceship Earth toward Future World East, you can see entrances and exits in the map below for Mouse Gear and Test Track.
The map below gives us an even better picture of Future World East, and shows the entrance and exit, as well as how the queue line typically extends at Mission: SPACE.
Then, we move over to Future World West and The Seas With Nemo & Friends. You can see entrances and exits below for the ride, the entire pavilion, and Coral Reef Restaurant. You can also see the entrance and exit to The Land pavilion in the map below and the way that the line to get into the pavilion will typically stretch.
Then, we move down to the Imagination! Pavilion. The map shows the entrance and exit to Journey Into Imagination with Figment, and more.
Now that we’ve wrapped up Future World, we’ll head over to the Mexico Pavilion. You can see entrances and exits for the various restaurants and other parts of this pavilion in the map below.
Then, we move onto Norway and China. Note specifically in the China pavilion how generally the entrance to the House of Good Fortune is in the back, while the front area which you will pass for is generally the exit. You can also see how the sometimes extremely long Frozen Ever After line can stretch QUITE far away from the Norway Pavilion.
Moving onto Outpost and Germany, you can see more entrances and exits in the photos below.
Below, you’ll find the entrances and exits for the shops and restaurants in the Italy pavilion.
In the map below showing The American Adventure, you can see entrances and exits for the various part of this pavilion.
You can see the entrances and exits for the parts of the Japan pavilion in the photo below. Note how if you used to enter the Mitsukoshi department store in the back where the snacks and candy are, that is now generally the exit. The entrance is all the way at the front of the store.
At the Morocco pavilion, many things are still closed, but you can see the entrances and exits for the locations that are open in the photo below.
In the map below, you’ll see the entrances and exits for parts of the France pavilion. In just a few months, the Ratatouille expansion at this pavilion will open and we’ll get to see just how that changes the flow of things here.
Over at the United Kingdom pavilion, you can see the entrances and exits to various parts of this pavilion. Note especially how the line for Yorkshire County Fish Shop will generally stretch if it gets long. At the top of the map you can also see the World ShowPlace Events Pavilion where some festival-related booths and merchandise are often located, like the Festival Favorites booth at this year’s International Flower & Garden Festival.
And finally we end our tour around EPCOT with a look at the Canada pavilion. You can see the entrances and exits to various spots in the pavilion in the map below.
And that’s our little (virtual) tour around EPCOT. We hope that these maps are helpful to you and can make your next trip to Disney World just a tiny bit easier! Be sure to bookmark this page or save it somehow so you can refer to these maps whenever you need to during your next trip.
