Weather Forecast

According to The Weather Channel, this week is going to bring a little bit of a warm-up compared to the recent weeks we’ve seen — and we’re continuing that low chance of rain! Last week was a nice one too, but we’re glad to see some warmer temps. Take a look!

January 18th

Monday, January 18th will start the week with the coolest temperatures we’ll see. That day is going to max out at a 62-degree high and we’ll see 40 degrees at night. Brr!

The chance of rain is pretty low so at least you’re not contending with cold and wet. This is one of those layer-up days. Bring a scarf and a jacket so when temps take a steep drop, you’re ready.

January 19th

The next day, January 12th, warms up a good bit taking us into the high 60’s for the day and the high 40’s for the night.

That chance of rain is even lower on Tuesday and we should see a sunny and cloudless day. Don’t forget to wear that sun protection!

January 20th

On Wednesday, January 20th, we’re going to see temps hop up closer to the levels we’ll see for the rest of the week. We told you it was gonna warm up!

January 22nd

The week continues with similarly warm temperatures and a relatively rainless day on January 22nd.

Humidity is relatively high on the warmer days as well. If you’re not used to it, it might catch you by surprise!

January 23rd

Saturday, January 23rd brings us slightly lower but still nice temperatures.

Here, we’re looking at a 74-degree high and a 55-degree low.

How Should You Plan?

If you are headed to Disney World next week, we’ve got a few tips on how to plan for the weather!

It’s time to pack those layers!

We’ve given you this tip over and over again, but you’ll want to tote along some layers. Yep, we mean pack them in your luggage AND make sure you have a warm option (like a jacket, hat, or scarf) in your park bag too.

Hat and Scarf

You can see from the forecast that there tends to be about a 20-degree difference in the high and the low. That’s Florida for you! Adding a scarf or jacket will do wonders to save you from an evening chill.

So Fuzzy!

And, in a pinch, you can always pop into a Disney merch store to pick up something to keep you warm. Just remember, it might be a little spendy!

Wear sun protection and don’t rule out rain!

We’ve got another week of a low-rain forecast, but you’ll want to bring your poncho or rain jacket anyway. Florida is KNOWN for dousing guests with a sudden and un-forecasted shower — so be ready for the possibility.

Don’t forget your sunscreen!

Plus, even though it’s winter, that sun can be a danger when you’re walking around outside all day! Remember to wear sun protection and lather up your kiddos so that everyone is safe from harmful UV rays. Yes, even when it’s cold and cloudy!
