Review! Is This Classic Disney World Treat Any Better With a Holiday Makeover?
Now that the holidays have arrived in Disney World, we must try ALL of the new holiday treats!
We’ve noticed that rice krispie treats are starting to get holiday makeovers with the Pecan Pie Rice Krispie Treat, and now a Santa-themed krispie treat has made it’s way to Disney World!
As we strolled along the Boardwalk today, we decided to pop into the Screen Door General Store at the BoardWalk Inn. Of course we went straight towards the treats section where we found the Santa Mickey Rice Krispie Treat!
This was a classic Disney Rice Krispie treat dipped in white chocolate, sprinkles, and topped with a marshmallow belt buckle. We loved that touch! Although this treat is clearly adorable, there was not anything extraordinary about the taste. We thought it was a bit sweet with the white chocolate, but the sweet-tooth in the family will love it! The white chocolate was very prevalent so keep that in mind.
Overall, we really enjoyed this delicious holiday treat. This is not the most unique thing coming to Disney World, but it is a cute snack! You can purchase this at the Screen Door General Store for $5.49. We will continue to give our reviews for ALL of the holiday treats in Disney World this year so stay tuned!
