There’s A New Beer at EPCOT’s China Booth — But Is It Any Good?

One thing we love about the 2020 EPCOT Taste of EPCOT Food and Wine Festival is that we get to try a lot of boozy drinks from around the world!

So when we noticed a new beer over at the China Booth, we thought, “Hey, let’s try that!”

That new beer is the Tsingtao Lager. It’s $4.75 for 6 ounces and $8.50 for 12 ounces. It’s got a great yellow amber color!

But this beer just didn’t wow us. In fact, we thought it tasted almost exactly like a regular old Sam Adams. It’s a light lager — nothing special.

And although that was a little disappointing, we were hot, so a cold beer still hit the spot! And if you’re a fan of Sam Adams, then you would probably like this one. And, hey! Then you can say you’ve had a beer from China! Also, we bet it would go really well with the Crispy Fried Shrimp (on Chengdu Street Fries!).

We’re always keeping an eye out for new beverages at EPCOT, so we’ll be sure to let you know what we find (and what we think about them)!
