Our latest Cosmo obsession? We spotted a specialty version at Disney Springs, and it came with a sparkling surprise!
Apparently the mixologists at Disney Springs are feeling whimsical these days because this new Summer Daze Cosmo we tried comes with SPARKLES! Yep…it’s shimmers, you guys…it’s awesome.

Now, we’ll always have a soft spot in our hearts for Blue Cosmo Cocktails, but much like Sleeping Beauty’s Flora would say, it’s hard to beat pink!
Did someone say “boozy apple slush”? Here’s what else is NEW at Disney Springs!
This new drink we tried is closer to the classic, rosy-hued Cosmo we all know and love. It packs a pleasant punch of tartness from cranberry juice and other juices, which keeps the drink balanced and mellows out the sweetness without overwhelming the drink. There’s a hefty punch from the Absolut Citron and Cointreau in there as well!

Nice and strong, it’s served with a lime wedge on the rim, so you can spritz some extra acidity if you’d like to adjust the sweetness and tartness!
The coolest part of all is that shimmer! The drink is jazzed up with drinkable sparkles that flicker in the sunlight as you sip and swirl — it’s magical mixology! We’ve seen this sorcery before ’round Disney World. Last year when Arendelle Aqua was the “it” color, The Daily Poutine offered up a shimmering blue Arctic Punch featuring the same edible shimmer.
The lime adds a nice squirt of acidity
If you’re a Cosmo loyalist, then this is the drink for you — especially if you like a little luster with your liquor! Be sure to give it a quick stir every so often to “reactivate” the shimmer! We picked one up for $15 at a pop-up drink stand at the colonnade in the Town Center portion of Springs, so mosey over to try a sip!
